Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services. You may receive messages as needed or as initiated by our team, including responses to HELP requests.
Opt-Out Instructions
To stop receiving messages, reply to any message from Additive Implants with one of the following:
STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE.
Opt-out is specific to each sender. A confirmation message may be sent upon successful opt-out.

Binding Arbitration
You and Additive Implants agree to resolve any disputes related to this SMS program through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except for claims that qualify for small claims court. This means that you waive the right to a trial by judge or jury.
The arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
Class Action Waiver
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis, and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
