Dr. John R. Ehteshami, MD is a practicing orthopedic spine surgeon and founder of Additive Implants. Dr. Ehteshami completed his BS in Engineering at the University of California, Berkeley. He received his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College, then proceeded to complete an orthopedic residency at the Hospital for Special Surgery, Cornell which is ranked number one in US News and World Report’s for Orthopedic Hospitals. He completed his Spinal Surgery fellowship at Rush Medical Center.

Dr. Ehteshami spent five years in experimental research, implant analysis, and biomechanical research at: University of California, Davis, University of Vienna, and Hospital for Special Surgery. Dr. Ehteshami has multiple patents, publications, and presentations credited to his name and has received numerous awards for his work.
